  • Where is my order?
    Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your shipment.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make any alterations needed before being processed for shipping.
  • Do you have a (MOQ) Minium Order Quantity?
    We do not have a minimum order quantity.
  • Can I order in advance?
    Yes, we can hold stock for you. We understand that dates and destinations change last minute.
  • Do you offer monthly subscriptions on items?
    Yes, please inform us if you would like to set up a regular subscription for any items.

  • What are the shipping options?
    We offer shipping within the UK, Europe and Internationally. Please check out our delivery page for more information on delivery options.
  • How do you deliver large orders within the UK?
    We are pleased to offer transportation via a van and reduced packaging for larger orders within the UK.
  • Do you offer pro-forma invoices?
    Certainly, kindly email us the items you are interested in, and we will promptly provide you with a quotation.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all Cards, Credit Cards and PayPal. You can also opt for bank transfer (Bacs) or we can send you a QR code for instant payment.
  • Can I pay in another currency?
    Certainly, we are able to offer Quotes/ Invoices in GBP, USD, and Euros. Kindly let us know your preferred currency for the transaction.
  • How will I receive my items?
    All orders are carefully packed in a double-walled cardboard box with a plastic bag to prevent leakages. Liquids are taped or wrapped to avoid spills, and items are tightly compacted to minimize movement during transit. We make an effort to pack items by department and place a sticker on the top left of the box (e.g., Interior/ HK) for easy identification. Additionally, a delivery note will be included in the box, and a copy will be emailed to you for reference.
  • Will the boxes be heavy?
    We distribute the weight of items across multiple boxes to facilitate safe lifting and to streamline the provisioning process. As a result, you may receive multiple boxes labeled, for example, "Box 1 of 5" to indicate the sequence of the boxes. This practice helps ensure easier and quicker handling of your items during delivery.
  • Is all the packing eco-friendly?
    We strive to use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. In instances where this is not feasible, we up-cycle packaging materials to reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact. Thank you for understanding and for supporting our efforts to promote sustainability.
  • What are your business hours?
    Our customer service hours are from 08:00am to 17:00pm (GMT), Monday through Sunday. Please feel free to reach out to us during these hours for any assistance or inquiries you may have.
