What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make any alterations needed before being processed for shipping.

What are the shipping options?

We offer shipping within the UK, Europe and Internationally. Please check out our delivery page for more information on pricing and delivery options.

 

How do you deliver large orders within the UK?

For large orders within the UK we can transport your order in a van and reduce the packaging for you. We can also help supply other items you may need.

 

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, if you need an item expedited or time specific please get in touch so we can make sure we can process the best option for you.

Orders

Do you have a (MOQ) Minium Order Quantity?

No.

Can I order in advance?

Yes, we can hold stock for you. We understand that dates and destinations change last minute.

Do you offer monthly subscriptions on items?

Yes, if you would like an item placed on a regular order please let us know.

 

An item is out of stock, how can I order more?

We do have regular orders, however if you would like to order an item that is out of stock please let us know so we can get the item to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer pro-forma invoices?

Yes, please send us an email with your requested items and we will send you a quote.

How do I find a previous order?

Sign up to our Member's page where you can find your previous orders, store addresses, wallet and a wishlist.

Can crew members/Individuals order personal items from the site?

Yes.

If I don't work on a yacht can I still order?

Yes.

Products

Do you change your stock?

No, we like to keep our stock consistent. We may substitute items due to an item being discontinued. 

Do you stock other products within the brand?

Yes, if you would like a product within a brand that we currently stock please let us know so we can try our best to source it for you. We are always trying to improve our catalogue to make provisioning an easier and quicker process.

I am trying to find a particular item, can you help?

Yes, we have many suppliers stocking lots of brands/products covering a range of categories baby/pet/stationary/food and beverages and more. Even though you may not find it on our store we are more than happy to try and source it for you at no extra cost. Please provide us with as much information as possible and we will send you a quote.

I know of a great product/brand to add to your site

We are open to any suggestions to improve our catalogue, just send us a message. 

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all cards, credit cards and PayPal. Payments can be made through bank transfer (Bacs) or we can send you a QR code for instant payment.

Can I pay in another currency?

Yes, on the Shop Now page you will find a currency button on the top left corner which can be changed manually.

Packaging

How will I receive my items?

All orders are packed in a double walled cardboard box. Within the box you will find a plastic bag to ensure no leakages. Liquids can be taped or wrapped in a compostable bag to avoid any spills. They will be tightly compacted to reduce any movement.

We try our best to pack the items within departments. We will stamp on the side of the box (e.g Toiletries) to help you get the box to the correct destination on board.

In each box you will receive a delivery note of those particular items for a quicker inventory count. In box 1 you will find the whole inventory list.

Will the boxes be heavy?

We try to spread out the weight of items to ensure safe lifting and making the provisioning process easier and quicker. Therefore you may find that you have multiple boxes, we will stamp on the side of the box (e.g 1 of 5).

Is all the packing eco-friendly?

We do our best to source eco-friendly packing, however some packaging we up-cycle to reduce waste.

What are your opening hours?

08:00 - 17:00 GMT  Monday - Sunday. 

We understand that time zones can be difficult, therefore we are on stand-by and reply as soon as we can.
